Measuring in Room 8

We have been inquiring into measurement in Room 8.
 Our challenge was to measure the width of our room in whichever way we wanted. We used our bodies, paint brushes, wool, books, kiwi packs, dominoes, bags, drink bottles and our foot prints.
 Have a look at our efforts.

We found out that we had lots of different numbers in our measurements.
Which one was correct?
Which one would we use when measuring?

When we measured our footprints, we found that we all had different numbers.
People with smaller feet had bigger numbers.
